This is a Bombay and Company mahogany wooden large match holder with lion's head pull on the front as part of box design.
The box is rectangular shape and measures approximately 3-1/2" square at bottom and 13 inches tall. The top is hinged so it can open up an expose the stored long matches.
There is a Strike /match lighting pad on the back of the box and the bottom of the box has green felt lining to protect your furniture.
The box has some patina a few scratches, chips & dents here and there but overall good shape for Its age. Please see all pictures as part of description, detail and condition.
It is a fireplace must have, and it’s bound to bring a touch of elegance to any area it is displayed in.
Beautiful on the mantle, table or just sitting on the hearth.
