New AVIREX / Avirex Special Edition L-2B, Size L

This is an AVIREX * RELUME MUL-2B in khaki, size L. It's new with tags, only tried on.

I bought it online but am selling it because I purchased something else. This jacket doesn't have any batting, so it's suitable for spring.

Here's a description:

This jacket is based on the L-2B flight jacket adopted in the early 1950s. It recreates the rare "SPEC: MIL-J-7448B" details, which differ from the models of the mid-period and later. The biggest feature is that it doesn't use an orange lining, following the specifications of the time. This early type, rarely seen in the vintage market, has been brought back to life. While retaining a classic look, the size has been updated with an original pattern. It has been reconstructed to fit modern styles, achieving a comfortable fit and a refined silhouette. The material uses AVIREX's original heavy twill nylon. It has high durability and is appealing for its toughness, allowing for long-term use. Furthermore, a stone wash process gives it a vintage-like texture, even though it's new. You can also enjoy the aging that comes with repeated wear.

The ribbing uses an original T/C (polyester/cotton) blend material. It combines elasticity and a good feel, pursuing comfortable wear.

In addition to the faded classic "khaki" color, this season, "brown" has been newly introduced, combining the weight and vintage feel of military wear. With a deeper expression, it enhances the appeal of the L-2B.

This is a special order model from relume, combining the rare details of the early L-2B, modern updates, and the toughness unique to AVIREX.
