This is a vintage paperweight, it is a colorful golden foil with colorful Confetti and a purple gleam! It's Handblown in London, England! By what is known as Low Glass! By The Isle Of Wight. It is a sphere shape with a flat base. It's measurements are 3" around. This Paperweight, is Inscribed on it's base "Low Glass England" see picture #5! This makes it not only 1 of a kind but very rare in comparisons to simular Isle Of Wight Glass Paperweights picture #7 with no inscription!! I can't prove it because, in 2005 Hurricane Katrina, took all of the providence away; that we had. Even the Isle of Wight sticker, that was on the base of it!
But, my wife bought this during the 1984 Worlds Fair; in New Orleans LA!
